Kiddush Cup Raises Money for A Coalition for a Better Wallingford

On August 28, 2017, Beth Israel Synagogue President Dick Caplan and former President Alida Cella presented a check to the Coalition for a Better Wallingford, a grassroots organization that brings awareness to substance and alcohol addiction/abuse happening in our community. Over $3,900 was raised during the 18th Annual Kiddush Cup Golf Tournament held on May 10, 2017. “We are grateful to be able to contribute to such an important Wallingford organization,” said Beth Israel Synagogue President Dick Caplan. The Kiddush Cup Golf Tournament is Beth Israel Synagogue’s biggest fundraiser. The next golf tournament is May 16, 2018.
